Joe, day after installation, my wife showered, I showered (still hot water to finish, something new), and unit is still taking in 70 degree, output 130 degrees, 2.6gpm. Very happy. Carlos and Jose did a great job: neat and clean, professional, and friendly. Thank you!

I worked with Joe from Texans water heaters and they installed a new Rheem 40k Gal 40 btu water heater in my garage. I shopped around and after getting five quotes Texans's price was the best alongside their competitive warranty. Joe and crew came the same day and installed the water heater, handed over the company paperwork and manufacturer's warranty packet. I am please with the price, warranty, technical help and promptness. They were good guys and did a quality job. The rest is up the the equipment to last!

Was most impressed because they quoted prices over the phone, instead of wanting $45.00 to come out and give you a bid (which could have been higher and you would have lost $45.00). Their bid was the lowest, the product was quality and the work was done quickly. Staff was very polite and went out of their way to give you advise.

I was able to arrange service for the following day after I contacted them. The workers were great and finished the job quickly.

Jose and Carlos arrived to install a tankless unit for me. They were kind, courteous and professional during the installation on Christmas Eve. Highly recommend their services and knowledge.

Just have Carlos and Jose coming today to install both heater. They were polite and professional. Very honest technicians even offer to vacuum after service. Highly recommend their service. Joe gave us a quote over the phone and did not attempt to up-sale us when he arrived. The crew was professional, friendly, and clean. They arrived on time and departed 1-hour and 45-minutes later. They laid tarps from the front door to the attic stairs. They vacuumed the work area and walked us through everything they replaced. Bonus, they installed a heat shield for the roof above the water heater at no cost. If you are still calling the big name companies, STOP! We are very satisfied with the installations and highly recommend Texans Water Heaters.

Very satisfied with their work. I asked another company previously to come quote but they were way more expensive so I stuck with Texans Water Heaters, Joe and his team did a great job!

Joe was a pleasure to work with. He gave us his (very competitive) quote over the phone. We had two water heaters replaced in our attic. One water heater arrived banged up which Joe promptly got a replacement for. I was impressed with all the extras that came with the installations (pans, flex connectors, shut-off valves, gas drip legs and leak detectors. Joe and the crew were friendly and professional.
