It went perfect!!  They were very punctual and extremely professional.  They explained everything that they would be doing and took great care to do a really neat job.  They cleaned up after themselves, you would never know that they had been there, except that now we have hot water again!!  Very friendly as well and very respectful.  They knew ahead of time just how long it would take and they were pretty much exact on that!  We would definitely use them again and refer them to any of our friends!  Great job, thanks so much for taking such good care of us!!
